1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. If you are 13–17, you may only use the App with parent/guardian consent.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will NOT upload illegal content, dangerous pranks, or record people without knowledge if prohibited by local law.
3. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and monetize it in the App and on social media platforms.
4. Video Upload and Consent
By uploading, you confirm everyone appearing has given consent to be recorded and shared publicly.
5. Safety Disclaimer
The App is for entertainment only. You are solely responsible for your actions when completing challenges.
